Modern warfare online help

What I have recently learned but havn't been able to do on Modern Warfare 2 is the "easiest" way to get a tactical nuke online. What you do is have hardline on with these kill streaks; Harrier, Chopper gunner, and Tactical nuke. I heard that once you get the harrier, it is almost garenteed that you will get a nuke. I tried it but I accidentally called it on myself. TIP: Make sure that you are far away from the area that you call the harrier on, and to be safe, be inside and close to the ground.
